I can’t recommend CoVA Collective Realty enough! This past spring, my elderly aunt finally gave the green light to sell her longtime Virginia home. The challenge was that her house had been vacant for over a year, it needed a good bit of work, and my entire family lives seven states away. We instantly felt overwhelmed! My realtor connected me with Megan and her amazing team. My mom and I met with Megan over Memorial Day weekend. Her cheerful disposition instantly put us at ease. She walked through the house with us, calmly sharing her thoughts on what updates would really make the house shine and give us the best return on investment. She told us it was all very doable and that she and her team work with a number of wonderful tradespeople who would be perfect for the job. Not only that, but CoVA would happily oversee and manage all the work for us so we could spend our time caring for my aunt and continue living our lives out of state. Her confidence was contagious!
