With more than 15 years of experience in hotel and hospitality management, Amanda understands what exceptional service truly means. In 2015, she earned her real estate license and became instrumental in scaling one of Florida’s top-performing real estate teams—helping grow residential sales from $8 million to $120 million in just six years.
In 2021, Amanda founded Amanda Doll Consulting, a platform dedicated to empowering business owners through leadership development, mindset growth, system optimization, effective time management, talent recruitment, and strategic success planning.
