Many of the properties here are on large, wooded lots that offer plenty of privacy. There are also some waterfront homes located on Little Neck’s network of rivers and bays. Most homes here are on the larger side and have at least four bedrooms.

Within Little Neck, the King’s Grant area has become a popular place to live. Homes in King’s Grant are a little smaller and more affordable than in the rest of Little Neck. This area is also closer to the highway, which makes it more convenient for commuters.
